We provide architectural services that include conceptual design, technical details, and architecture & construction documents, along with the supervision during construction development.
We offer a creative and essential sense to produce a well design space, by implementing the harmony of light, the material scheme, and the selection of the furniture and the art works.
We supply landscape design with the site analysis, as well as the details for the circulation, parking, vegetation, soft-scape, and hardscape.
We realize that the client’s vision about every project is important. In this phase, we sit together and brainstorm our ideas about the project value and the design approach. We also visit the project location to learn and analyze the surrounding area, the spaces, and the site potentials.
Once we agree upon our vision together with the clients, your "dream" villa or project is starting to take shape. We will work on the conceptual design. We will issue the site concept, 3D sketches, and mood pictures to show the design ambience. We develop and refine the design during this phase.
God is in the details. We will coordinate with structure consultant and mechanical engineering consultant to plan ahead about all the technical needs of the building. We also recognize that the architectural details are the important part of our design. In this phase, we provide the detail drawings document for the construction needs.
We make sure the construction is in accordance with what we have been planning. We supervise our projects and give advice from the designer’s point of view. If needed, we will also provide details drawings which will support the contractor’s shop drawing.
We are so much happy with how our dream home turned out .It is EXACTLY what we were hoping. Our expectations were met in all ways. You both were constantly pushing us for quality and productivity and we definitely received it.
